manageress raffaella was excellent and proactive & responsive unit was tidy and clean fairly close to gondola access just up the hill

Location was fantastic It was very warm Bedding was comfortable Modern The host was extremely nice and I had her number and was able to text her with multiple questions and for advice prior/during the trip which was great. The man who met us with the keys was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything you needed.
