The location is very good. An assortment of restaurants within one city block. Large shopping centre about 8 minutes walk away. Shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. Car parking was easy to access and convenient.

When I arrived the code for the lock to pick up the key was wrong. Easy to contact air trip to get the right lock code. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Mackay. Easy to get to. Aircon was great. Pool was gorgeous and gym was decent.
