The owner has really good attitude! He accepted his mistake ( he cancelled my room cause I didn’t tell my arrive time ) but all the attitude and behavior is very nice ! So I could feel he respected customers Very clean room and big and with good price ;) best value

Loud locals in neighbour rooms with constant open doors and nonestop kids screaming from 5 in the morning. Despite having many empty rooms and no customer, they asked us to check out at 9 a.m., which wasn't so pleasant after a long day hike in Machu Picchu. We bought our train tickets for 13:00 in order to be able to rest a bit. The shower was broken, and we had to take a shower with burning hot water as cold tap wasn't adjustable!!
