The fine print
Please kindly note:
- Guests' reservation must be guaranteed through a valid credit card (Netcard not accepted) upon its confirmation. The card holder must be a check-in guest. Upon arrival at the hotel, the card holder shall present the same card used for verification. If such card cannot be presented, payment must be settled through another credit card or in cash.
- Third party's credit card or payment is not accepted.
- The hotel may contact the credit card holder for verification purpose.
- Guests are required to provide their estimated arrival time at the time of booking, especially for those who are planning to check in after 18:00.
- The extra bed fee does not include any meals.Please be advised that renovation work is currently underway on certain floors of the hotel. Reception was helpful. Room was good value for money. Included breakfast was good value for money. I had a 6 year old who had to pay for breakfast but it was worthwhile. Hotel is close to the Grand Lisboa and so we often walked to Grand Lisboa and caught the free shuttle bus to get to other places.

The staff is friendly, the decor is warm and stylish, the living room is spacious, and the bathroom is elongated—there's really nothing to complain about.
