The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays check-in is at 22:00.

Location was fine, but getting there was not easy. It should be explained to that the hotel is not exactly inside the kibbutz. We went looking for it there, got stuck behind various gates etc.

Great location We came for Sukkot and there was a beautiful Sukka for all the hotel guests. Kitchen staff and waiters were terrific.

We had the most fabulous stay! The meals were amazing - we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The additional ice creams in the lobby and tea served everyday were such a great touch. There was so much on offer for the kids. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed with the pool situation - indoor cold pool, hotel guests could only use 1 lane and we had to wear caps - but it was great that they erected a large outdoor pool for the other days we were there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and really want to return.
