Lovely clean apartment. Easy to access. Close to amenities. Short Walk to St Annes, longer walk to Lytham.

Excellent location with easy parking close by. Clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. Easy walk to seafront, Toby Inn and the fantastic Italian restaurant, Allegria.
