The host met me in person to hand me the keys at the time of my choosing. Very flexible. The appartment building is kept and was getting renovated. So the co-owners are taking care of their property, which is good.

Location was great. Close to public transit, rental bikes and scooters, and within walking distance of Vieux Lyon. Two excellent boulangeries nearby. The apartment was clean and generally well-equipped but note there is no dishwasher or oven. It would have been very comfortable for two people but we found it a bit tight for four of us. Overall, if you are looking for clean, basic accommodations in a decent location, this would be an excellent choice.

Owners were helpful when we couldn't work out the washing machine. Secluded apartment and nice outdoor area. Apartment was very clean.

Nice apartment in good neighbourhood. Lovely private terrace to sit outside. Had everything we needed and close by to shops to make or buy dinner. Full size fridge. We loved staying in the Croix Rousse area even though it’s about 10 minute walk into the centre of Lyon down a steep hill with a bit of a trek back. Daily food markets in Croix Rousse were great, except Monday, and on Tuesday there’s a clothes and household goods market. Good supply of towels, tea towels and drying rack was appreciated after using the very good washing machine.
