Staff were excellent! Very helpful, kind and friendly. The best!!! Hotel itself is ideally located for exploring Lyon with plenty of eating places, shops and transport links nearby. Highly recommend. Will certainly stay here again.

Perfect location in the center of Lyon, the room (superior) was of perfect size for two friends, mattress was very good and air conditioning was working perfectly with no noise. Staff was very exceptional in all aspects and the welcome corner with drinks and small bites was a plus!
