The hosts were incredibly accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. They left us a lovely welcome basket. The house was very comfortable with everything you needed. It was within distance of some great places to visit and the local shop and pub. Clean home, lovely amenities and comfy beds!

The property was absolutely immaculate. Everything was exactly as described and ideal for a large family stay. The table tennis table was a real hit and the outside space lovely for sitting. The location is ideal for visiting Leamington and the sea as well as venturing into the new forest.
