A lovley comfortable room with comfortable bed, seating, streaming TV (for which you need your own app accounts..) hot shower and a "do it yourself" breakfast provided, all in a great location, easy to get into the New Forest or down to the coast, and with off road parking. Nice choice of breakfast with juice, milk, fruit, youghurt, cerals and toast and jams to chose from (and its kept refreshed on request too...). Hosts Yvonne and Paul were friendly, informative and available when needed.

Great host, facilities were excellent, great breakfast, location was perfect. Highly recommend the old mill for dinner which is only a 5 min drive away.
