Great location for start. The property is very well maintained and we had everything we needed for our few days in Lyme Regis. Clean and comfortable for the whole family.

Quiet clean and in an excellent location near the seafront. Kitchen was very well equipped and the air fryer was handy. Parking was tricky through the narrow archway but it was great to have safe parking so near the property.

A very good location, off the main street and 3 mins from the beach, yet with no noise problems (shielded from street noise by buildings). Free parking although the access tunnel was tricky, necessary to retract the car wing mirrors. The property was very clean; comfortable beds; everything worked; heating automatic; basically no issues.

Location was very good, we had a fault with the hot water, contacted the agents came out and fixed it very quickly
