Close to centre of Lyme Regis, via a pleasant walk along the river. Designated parking space, which is a bonus as properties with parking are apparently scarce in Lyme!

The flat is in excellent condition, recently professionally painted, and all the furnishings were clean and in perfect condition. The bathroom in particular was just great. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were loads of DVDs and some books and games which were appreciated. There was a little gift of local treats including milk, tea and coffee, which was really handy, on arrival, as was the pack of information on the flat and surroundings
