Avocet is a beautiful period apartment and it has been updated well in keeping with the age. The property was spotless, there was an excellent gift pack including crisps, chocolate and biscuits. The range of teas and milk were much appreciated. We had everything we could need in the kitchen. The bathroom was great with a super shower. The location was perfect for us as it was so close to the beach, restaurants and pubs. As expected being so close to facilities there was a little noise from the pub at turning out time but that didn’t bother us at all.

The location was great for the beach and for eating out although parking was away from the flat. It was cooler inside the flat during the very hot weather which was welcome. Sitting out on the upper decks for the sea view
