Really enjoyed my stay here, room had balcony with amazing views over park area and opera house. Reception is on 5th floor with shopping arcade on ground floor, access is very easy with key fob though. Very friendly lady on reception who explained everything and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was also very good, lots of different options to choose from. Location is ideal being only a few minutes walk to center and lots of restaurants, also walkable to train station.

The staff at the hotel was VERY nice and helpful!!The breakfast was tasty and fresh, the location is amazing, and there is a shelter available. I really loved everything about my stay in this hotel. Will definitely come here again, when I am in Lviv!

Stuff attitude was brilliant. We had late bus (came at 1am) and still there was a person to meet and settle us. All were friendly and caring Room had all necessary kitchenware, microwave even washing machine. Tiny little things like shoe sponge, cotton discs, etc were also there.
