The place is located in a new modern residential complex with excellent infrastructure - everything you may need is literally around the corner. Up to 30 minutes walking distance to the city center, or a 5 minute taxi ride. It is safe (with spacious underground parking equipped as shelter), light, very comfortable and well looked after, we would enjoy staying here again.

The apartment is in a new building, close to shopping mall Forum. New building being exactly the problem too. Facilities good.
