I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Absolutely fantastic apart hotel in the centre of Lviv. The staff were wonderful and took care of us while we were staying in Lviv. The room was warm and had everything we needed. Would stay again. Thank you team Gruner.
