I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!

Location is amazing, staff is super friendly and keen to assist on every need. Food is also spot on, would really recommend this hotel whilst in Lviv! And always Glory to the Heroes of Ukraine
