The hotel is a modern well designed and attractive building which is kept very clean by the staff. There are plenty of space and our room had an internal balcony overlooking the atrium. The staff were polite and attentive and engaged with us and are certainly a great asset. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location and the hotel itself is great. The staff was service minded and go extra mile in service. The rooms are big, clean and are comfortable. The sunset view from the terrace is just amazing. The breakfast at hotel is so delicious and good and the staff is always ready to help you.

The hotel is well located with wonderful views of the River Nile. We had a small but sunny balcony (many of the balconies face north and are in the shade all day). Reasonable room with comfortable bed. Very nice swimming pool which had the sun on it for most of the day. Wifi was reasonable. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied choice.
