An amazing experience! My partner and I, both in our 60s, stayed at this hotel and we couldn't be more grateful to the entire staff. Although we don't speak English, Adam and Mustafa were always kind and available to help us at all times. They made sure to call our daughters to assist us with translation and ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was spectacular, with a variety of delicious options that made us feel very well taken care of. We had a small misunderstanding about the payment: we gave money thinking we needed to pay for the reservation at the hotel. However, the staff was extremely honest, and instead of keeping the money, they called our daughters to confirm that everything had already been paid. This honesty is something we truly appreciated, and it made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 for honesty! Without a doubt, we will return on our next visit to Egypt and we recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

From the moment we arrived at The Nile Castle, we were treated not like guests, but like family. The hotel itself is beautifully located on the banks of the Nile, offering stunning views that made every morning feel magical. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared — a perfect blend of charm and relaxation. What truly set our stay apart, however, was our host, Mostafa. His hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected. He was always available to help with any request. Mostafa’s kindness and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and safe throughout our stay. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful, and heartwarming experience along the Nile, The Nile Castle is the place to be. We’re already dreaming of our return!
