Clean and big rooms for family.The staff are helpful, especially Mr. Zach who helped us in all the things we needed, the tours, and even organised my daughter's 6th birthday.The food was delicious, and they have unlimited use of the pool! I can give 10/10 a score to this hotel! Superb! Highly recommend

This was our best stay in Egypt. The people from the hotel were very friendly, kind and genuine. They helped us with everything we needed and they also changed our room for free after our rooftop room was extremely hot with no working AC while it was 45°C. The new room they gave us was very big and the AC was working perfectly. The breakfast was the best quality breakfast we had in Egypt! They also made some fresh guava juice for us and it was so tasty. The area was very quiet and you could hear all the birds and animals around. So peaceful. We also loved the swimming pool. You can see the Valley of the Kings, the River Nile, Luxor Temple and the banana groves from the terrace. Amazing views. It also felt very safe to walk around the area. There were so many people working around the hotel always cleaning or helping out in general. We just left and we wish we could go back already.

This hotel had a view from the terrasse that went beyond my expectations. They helped us getting picked up while it was not expected and change our room to have a view (however with no AC). The breakfast is big and yummy and you can enjoy it while looking at the view on confortable seats on the terrasse. Employee smile and try to help all the time. There is towels at the pool. Great value for price. At the end Zak was super helpful to find a mini bus to go to the the west bank on a time constrain. Thank you !
