Novotel Suites Luxembourg Review** First, I’d like to highlight the exceptionally friendly welcome at the reception—especially from Miss Eva. It was a pleasure to be greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help. I’m giving an extra star just for that! We stayed in a fairly spacious and comfortable **Family Room**. The beds were very comfortable, and the room featured a small kitchen counter with an extra sink, a convenient bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, automatic window blinds, a comfortable desk, drinkable tap water, and **Rituals** brand toiletries. However, the hotel management should pay attention to maintenance, as there were minor issues that seemed rather out of place in such a setting and could easily be fixed: - The shower and bathtub faucets didn’t work properly. - The sink drain was slow. - Part of the hairdryer came off while using it. - It would have been nice to have body lotion and slippers. The breakfast was quite varied, with options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist, though it’s worth noting that calm, confident service leaves a positive impression, while overly energetic or abrupt behavior can be off-putting (this applies to one of the managers). As a guest, I’d prefer not to witness behind-the-scenes organizational processes and simply enjoy the result. **Location**: The hotel is in a very convenient spot—just five tram stops away, with free transport to the city center. We found it so convenient that we left our car at the hotel parking. We’d be very happy to choose this modern hotel again!
