Great location, 15 minute walk to downtown, great space, well kept, very cozy. Park next door was great for walking the dog before bed and in the morning. The hotel staff next door always available. The set up is very good and the parking was very convenient.

The hotel looks recently refurbished. Despite the abundance of roses on every surface, it's nice. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower. Location is great with a bus stop literally outside the door for getting in to the city centre.

Nice and comfortable room. Spacious bathroom with a window. The hotel is linked to the neighbouring hotel park Belair where breakfast is served
