The most impressive was that personal is really carrying about guests. I had to leave one day before breakfast because of longer trip that day. They had been calling me in the evening asking whether I'm OK because they hadn't seen me for whole day. That was very nice of them. Altogether with other small things like silence, nice views, helpful personal whenever needed and overall cleanness of the hotel I was happy to stay there.
