Clear instructions given before arrival which meant we gained entry into the apartment with ease. The location was great as it was a short walk to the town and the train station. The view from the apartment overlooked the lake and during the weekend there were activities taking place on the lake to watch. Within easy driving to Lugano which meant we were able to see our son a number of times.(approx 25 mins). A well presented apartment in all aspects. Hosts were available by phone and addressed our issue which we caused by moving a toaster and accidentally tuning off the power to the hot water system .Easily resolved due to advice given.

Highly recommend this property so clean, great space and great facilities. Stunning views from front rooms. Kitchen fully equipment, was like home from home even with Nespresso machine. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Property representative was so helpful. Highly recommended
