The breakfast was good, very standard. The room was very clean, the bathroom too, it had all the amenities that I needed (fridge especially!), but the best part was the host Sandra. She was sooo accomodating for me: I didn't have a car, there were no taxis or buses available and she readily agreed to pick me up at the train station late in the evening. She also organized a special taxi for me for the day when she was not available and would message me during the day to make sure that I was OK. She also drove me back to the train station when I left. It was the most incredible stay! The people in Luino were also so nice and hospitable. I recommended this place 100% !

The house was amazing and super clean, we were received by an Italian family who runs the business with so much care and attention to details. The breakfast is very complete and the exterior has a pool and a great garden.

The breakfast is amazing. Very nice breakfast room, all there, what you need. Apartment owner very friendly and helpful, always with hints where to go. Everything was mega clean. We will definitly come again to that very nice place. 😄

Breakfast was lovely in the beautiful garden (Nonno's garden!). The room is very comfortable and clean. Very nice to stay just outside of the city in a calmer area at night.
