Beautiful and clean, located exceptionally well. Host was very responsive. Very organized. Fridge is a bit hidden I realized on the second day but haha everything else was super nice. Well written instructions for self checkin. Everything went smooth. Would definitely visit again :)

It was a good accommodation, a bit tight with space in the living room, a balcony would have been nice. The directions for check in and locate the keys were straightforward and easy to use. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything including expresso pods and some snacks which was nice. Location was good , we walked about 20 min from Lugano centrale, but there are 2 buses you can take as well , station is just outside the building. The host helped us to check in a bit earlier as we we arrived earlier than planned and was difficult with 2 kids and luggage.

Room was clean and very comfortable, the location is close to the station and bus station. The host/manager was responsive.

Location, good size for a family, quiet, clean and has all you may need for an overnight stay, e.g. kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. Parking available for extra charge.
