Centrally located, close to the lake and the funicular from the train Lugano Stazione. Check in staff were friendly and fast. Rooms were clean.

Great location close to the lake, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very helpful with some great tips for the sights and attractions around town.

We were on a budget and this met our expectations very well. The location was great, short walk to the river etc. Foodmarket was next to the hotel. We bought take-away breakfast and sat by the lake. The most beautiful view ever <3

Great location , clean, secure, safe , 1 minute walk to lake , right in the centre of town , 5 min walk from train station, You can get the funicular from the station down to the bottom for $1.30 and avoid the 300m of stairs like I did
