The hotel staff were fantastic, the most memorable were Rajat , Sailesh, Puruendra (all 3 from dining), Ariff (5th floor House Keeping), Satish Kumar, Arvind and Ram (from Security and car services) and Manish (front desk concierge). Satish was our expert driver and accommodating to our needs; he was very trustworthy. The ability to hire the car and driver was ideal. the breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. Thank you Novotel Lucknow..!
