Heritage stay. Felt like the nawabs. Very helpful and polite behaviour of the staff. The room and the bathroom was extra spacious and very clean with clean linen and bedsheets. They had a huge balcony. They also helped with our elderly members a lot. Overall it was a magnificent and comfortable stay here.

Really friendly and welcoming staff Bed was comfortable and clean, room and bathroom big. Location is convenient for exploring. Close to the station and right between the old and new parts of Lucknow.
