Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00.Please note that the elevator is not working at night time due to security reasons, guests have to use the stairs during that time.

The room was ready before check-in time. They provided free bus ticket for us and water at check-out. View from room was perfect, room was clean, employees were smiling. We will come back for a longer period

Loved our stay here!! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The rooms were simple and sensible (eg, a desk for each person) but with everything we could want/need. Incredibly clean! The rooms sit on top of a top tier culinary school, which explains a lot of the way things work at the hotel. The bus stop was right by the hotel and comes every ~15 minutes. Stay included free public transport in zone 10 which is basically all of Lucerne, so travel was super easy.(and free!). Every night we'd walk home from downtown Lucerne down by the lake to the hotel and it was just magical! Would recommend this place to anyone since very economical and totally delightful!

The location is amazing right across the water and the Sunset bar across the road.
