lovely traditional decor, Giovanna was an excellent host and was happy to help with booking taxis, local advice etc. House was well stocked with condiments, toiletries, detergent etc. enormous garden, quiet location but walkable to Lucca (approx 30 min walk to city walls, 50 min walk to train station), and supermarket 10 min walk.
