The bedroom was very spacious and bed extremely comfortable, en-suite bathroom excellent, very large modern shower , air conditioning worked very well , outside balcony beautiful with lovely shrubs and flowers , you could buy water or wine and pay when you leaving very nice and reasonably priced

Tucked away from the crush of tourist traffic yet so close really. Giacomo was brilliant in hosting us and Guiamme (his trusty shepherd) was a joy to befriend with frequent pats. The courtyard area was a delightful retreat to recover from many walks in and around the city. Breakfasts were very good as a traditional Italian fare and very enjoyable. If you plan ahead you can use the local community style buses to get within 200m instead of "bag-dragging" from the central station - the nearby bus terminal is about 3 minutes walk. A delightful stay with charm and amenity, the layout was traditional and relaxing.

Such a perfect place, perfectly in tune with the charm of Lucca. Excellent interior design from rooms to terrace and very clean. Delicious breakfast with fruits, breads and fresh pastries. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

The home was lovely. The food was good. Great location. Really enjoyed the outdoor area close by our room.
