Good location and the room is huge and comfy. I had a patio and it was very cute. I also had issues with finding the keys as I was very, very tired when I checked in but the host answered right away and helped me find them on the phone which was appreciated.

Check-in was very easy. Host was nice and quick to respond. Comfortable bed. Room was perfect for one night. Perfect location. I recommend!

The host contacted us several hours before check-in in case we had questions and recommended us a free parking where we could park the car. The room was very nice and the self check-in worked well. The hotel is very nice fir a short stay in Lucca, a bit away from the crowded tourist center.

Located in a quiet spot only a short walk from the main streets. I didn’t meet the host but clear instructions were provided for access.
