1) Location: very good (if you are a walker like me, you can easily reach night market, morning market, sunset cruise boat departure and local restaurants nearby) 2) Service: Staf was helpful with her service and information sharing (we were given map and explanation about places nearby). She even changed our room to ground floor because we had many luggages. 3) Breakfast: Provided upon order 4) Transport: Never had problem to order Tuktuk. Seems always available outside the hotel.

First of all, the room was very nice—clean, cozy, and homey. We’re backpackers, and after two months of travel, we had the best sleep ever. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming—you truly feel at home. Breakfast was amazing, with several options to choose from, and if you want more coffee, they’re happy to serve it. We also booked transportation to and from the Kuang Si Waterfalls through them, and it was cheaper than any other option in town (120,000 kip per person). The service was excellent. We’re extremely grateful and happy to have found this place!

The property was in a good location, the breakfast was outstanding! You got a main, fruit and a drink whether it be a milkshake or a coffee.
