Magnificent panoramic views from all bedrooms, the living room and the courtyard. The house, garden, pool, rooms are a perfect reflection of what you see in the picture. The house is very comfortable, we were constantly on the terrace or in the garden because of the good weather. The pool water is clean and at a good temperature. The area is a real "jewel box". The owner was very helpful and flexible with everything. The welcome package was a real surprise.

This was a beautifully maintained property well designed with stunning views of the sea. It was a quiet location and ease of car parking. We loved swimming in the infinity pool and there was an amazing covered area by the pool which was perfect for all meals. There was a gym and pool and table football. Inside the furnishings were complete to a very high standard and the kitchen was well appointed. All bedrooms had views of the sea. The 3 bathrooms were of a great standard. It’s location was near the beach and also more importantly some stupendous coves to swim in the sea before breakfast. Our hosts were wonderful to deal with incredibly helpful and responsive , could not be better.

- The house was tidy and comfortable for a family of 7. - The pool, garden and terace areas were amazing to spend most of our time at. - The beach is very close. - The people/owners were very nice. - The view was breathtaking. - The cities of Lovran and Opatija are beautiful and full of nice restaurants.

the house is comfortable and has an intelligent design. from every room there is a view on the incredible view over the sea. the microclimate keeps the area lovely “cool” from around 19.00.
