It is a private house with a lovely garden next to a grape feild. The apartment has everything - 3 bedrooms, washing machine, kitchen and a good living room and an outside balcony.

We had a lovely stay at the Doukas House and were very happy with the house and the management of the property - the communication was very good prior and during our holiday. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, cosy and comfortable. The garden has beautiful plants and fruit trees (fresh figs, limes and grapes), bbq, is decorated with fairy lights, plus has the advantage of a distance sea view. Artemida is a nice little town with plenty of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants serving traditional Greek food, and wonderful sandy beaches. The location is very convenient for visiting Athens (public transport links) and the port in Rafina to catch a boat to the islands. I highly recommend Doukas House Cottage to anyone visiting the area.
