Directions: Please take the A16 from Louth towards Grimsby and follow the brown train signs to Station Road. The property is on the left, just past the Wold Railway, a small station that runs steam trains.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.

The property has everything you need. It is a beautiful location and a good spot for travelling around the area. The owners are friendly and very helpful if you need them. Milk and fresh bakes on arrival, yummy.

the cottage was lovely down a quiet lane. owners were very welcoming and left us alone unless we wanted something. information leaflets were very used for the surrounding area.

Waingrove Farm was the perfect location for exploring Lincolnshire. Just a mile or two east of the Lincolnshire Wolds. About 40 minutes to Lincoln. Only a short ride to the seaside resorts. The owners, Paul & Cheryl were just so freindly and helpful. On hand if you needed anything but not intrusive. The complimentary cakes were much appreciated and very nice. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equiped with everything we needed for our stay. All the rooms were vary spacious. The bed in the double room was extremely comfortable and we slept perfectly. WiFi was adequate for our general browsing requirements as was the phone signal. Ample parking near the cottage. A very quiet location in the countryside. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the lake, where fishing is free for guests. The local pub in the village about a mile away serve reasonably priced meals, but only on certain days. We preferred the Millers Daughter pub in nearby Louth, where the food was excellent and not overpriced. Overall, just a nice place to stay in Lincolnshire.
