This was an incredible stay, the Vila is beautiful with lots of space and peaceful surroundings. There are many nice places to visit in the area and it’s easily accessible, the Host is very friendly and helpful - highly recommend this place.

Excellent, stylish villa with a lot of history, charm and room. This house has a wonderful garden with a dipping pool as well as a private and secure, enclosed yard with plenty of spaces for relaxing, eating and even cooking outdoors. Villa is much larger than expected with up to four bedrooms, so whilst there were only two of us, this villa could easily accommodate 8 people. The kitchen and two bathrooms are modern, fully functional and stylish. There are many genuine antiques throughout the house. It is very comfortable! It is also about 30 minutes away (by car) from centre of Coimbra. All grocery shops, and other day-to-day conveniences are less than 10 minutes away in Lousa. The host is amazing! She is very friendly, hospitable and flexible, a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you Maria!

This was a fantastic opportunity to stay in a traditional 1930s Portugese villa in a small village. Large house and garden with multiple areas for eating and relaxation. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Host Maria Manuel was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations regarding the local area. Thirty minutes from Coimbra but also lots to do around Lousa. Do not miss the Schist villages in the hills.
