The cottage was cosy in a quiet area. Very convenient for Westport, Clew Bay and the islands. Sarah was a great host left a lovely welcome pack with fresh home made scones jam and butter. She sent a lovely message before hand informing me of local events that would occur throughout my stay.

Loction was fantastic, within walking distance of The Old Head Beach, with amazing views. A short distance by car to Louisburgh on one side and Westport on the other, also a very short car ride to some lovely places to eat.

Loved the 'home from home feeling ' along with a warm welcome pack , turf and logs for the fire , home made scones and jam to greet us from Sarah. Nead beag location is fantastic as it's close to the beaches , louisburgh village and Roonagh pier to take the ferry across to Clare Island. . We had an amazing time hiking and swimming in the lost valley and drive through Dooaghlough to Leenaun. A great stay which I can highly recommend as it is peaceful and quiet with everything you need.
