This is one of those lovely family-run hotels you wish you could put under your arm and take with you. It was very cozily-furnished, had a lovely restaurant for various reasons, I didn't eat there but the breakfast was fresh and excellent (with the owner's delicious home-made cake). Nothing was too much trouble - excellent, personal service and really relaxing atmosphere. I wish I had stayed there on other occasions.

The location is superb. Right on the river Saone though I urge Booking.com customers to request a river view - this is not automatic! The bar is comfortable with some good draft beers. I really enjoyed the restaurant - the river fish stew (specialty) was unusual and all got eaten (catfish, pike, perch and something else I forget). Good wine list, well priced. Staff were excellent - this is a proper small family hotel. Nothing fancy.

Its location to St Jean de Losne town centre, it’s pretty location next to the river, good car parking right in front of hotel, very nicely decorated and appointed hotel.

The lady at the reception was lovely. We had a technical problem with our bike and she was extremely helpful.
