Francisco and family are great hosts and not only do tours of the Somoto Canyon but have rustic accommodations on their Finca. His wife cooks delicious Nicaraguan meals and is constantly adding beautiful plants all around. Play with the dogs and cat to help destress!

If you planning to go Somoto canyon thats the place for you! Nice family atmosphere on this quite place. They organize the canyon tour:2 night sleep, 5 meal + canyon tour =50 USD Francisco and he's family take care of you you, and they making for the nice meals and coffee.

The package of accommodation, meals and canyon tour was the perfect local experience in a beautiful country setting. The food mainly produced on the finca was fresh, delicious and the queso amazing!! Francisco has created a lovely simple getaway place. Miguel the canyon tour guide was friendly knowledgeable and bi lingual. A tranquil spot to enjoy.

If you are looking for a place to stay in a rural setting, by the Somoto Canyon this is a good place. Clean, good food, quiet, affordable, located on a farm.
