One of the best hotels I have EVER stayed in. It is so beautiful it looks like a tropical paradise. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Room was so comfy & peaceful very quiet, we had the nicest sleeps. Breakfast was worth the money. They also did a free guided meditation! Pool is beautiful. I would 1000% stay here again.

The property was really good, great aesthetic and presentation, everyone had pride in their work and was attentive to your needs, you didn’t feel as if a simple question was too much, asking for a taxi to be called, or extra pillows or late checkouts - The pools and outdoor areas were just amazing - plenty of space across the whole property that you didn’t feel as if you were bumping into others or waiting for things to become free. The property was a great place to just switch off, unwind and read a book by the pool and enjoy the atmosphere and views (if that’s the sort of trip you are after). Great additional services such as the hire of the Bali beds, and/or massages (would recommend if you have the time). We didn’t need to use it but they offer a 24hr message service if you need to ask any questions which was a nice option should you need it! Bedrooms were good and come well equipped, towels and beds are changed daily always spotless! People were lovely! A truly wonderful break!

It’s a bit out of the main area which was what we wanted as the strips can be noisey.. about a 15 min taxi to from the tourist traps but only 10-15 euro if you’re not flying in and out constantly. The staff were amazing all of them so so lovely and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the stay. (I honestly wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them personally but they all deserve a raise if the hotel owners are reading reviews! The hotel is amazing but the staff make it!) The room was amazing, hotel clean, restaurant did an amazing job of catering to my allergies which we did not expect. The bar was reasonable for drinks considering the standard of the place. The whole hotel smelled clean and fresh and was kept immaculate! It was relaxed, quiet and completely what the doctor ordered! We will come back for sure we absolutely loved it!
