Right in the middle of our planned sightseeing spots. Unintentionally. Distances, about, 300 meters in each direction. Had to happen by chance. Restaurants, kebab shop, eateries. Swimming area 200m. Fish restaurant El Cine is definitely worth a visit. 4-5 min. walk to the underground parking lot.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the beach! The balcony offered a charming partial sea view (playfully framed by a tree), and honestly, it added to the charm. The whole place had an incredible vibe—surrounded by lively restaurants and bars, and each evening was made even more magical by a lovely man playing the piano at the neighboring restaurant. Right downstairs, we had a buzzing Mexican joint, a cozy little ramen spot, and—best of all—the region’s most delicious gelato literally next door. It was heaven! Our stay was bursting with good energy—music everywhere, refreshing ocean swims, and lazy sun-soaked hours on the stunning Las Vistas and Los Cristianos beaches. The kitchen was super handy for cooking up a few relaxed meals, and the washing machine was such a lifesaver, especially for a longer stay. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Perfect apartment and place to stay in every way. Perfect size for a couple. Easy access to the building and to the apartment. Good size bathroom, kitchen space perfect, large bed, great storage and lovely balcony overlooking the beach.
