Mark was an excellent host & responded quickly. The home was very clean & amenities were great. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This was a great stay because of the location and walkability of the building to good food, easily accessible to all conveniences and the LAX airport. The beds are very comfortable. The access to BBQ grills and parking is great. The building is a little hard to navigate at first but Mark makes it easy to understand w videos he texts you at check in. Highly recommended!!

Nice apartment, kitchen well equipped despite smaller size. Large TV, comfy bed and sofa. Close to mar beach and Venice. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Mark’s place again! We’ve stayed here before and were very happy, which is why we chose to come back. Over time, we’ve also become more like friends with Mark and his team,they’re professional and genuinely kind and easy to connect with. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Mark is a true superhost—friendly, responsive, and always attentive. Book with confidence; you won’t regret it!
