We chose this hotel because it's near the train. I have motion sickness and don't like to travel by car, so we used the Metro to go around the city. Our room was spacious, tidy, and quiet. We had a good night's sleep. I have no complaints about the bathroom and our beds. It suited our needs. Since we paid for the internet, the Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel staff was helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Good location being downtown in the financial district so very quiet at night and felt very safe outside. Plenty of cafe's in close proximity as well as shopping and a great little funicular train next door for access to the amazing indoor market below which is worth a visit for all the cultural street food etc. Staff were very courteous and friendly and very helpful indeed. The room was spacious and gave us a great view of the financial district and beyond. The facilities in the room were excellent for our needs. The room was spacious and clean and the shower in the bathroom was very powerful. We took the option to include Club Access on the 17th Floor which provided a free Continental Breakfast and drinks and nibbles from 17.00 to 21.00 each evening, this was excellent and the staff here were amazing!
