Location ( although Longyearbyen is v small). The shopping centre (with a variety of outdoor clothing shops and a supermarket ) is across the road Cafes/ bars / restaurants close by Bus stop to the airport bus across the road Very clean Helpful staff Excellent buffet breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful including housekeeping and male breakfast staff. The breakfast was really good. Bed very comfortable. Like the ‘shoe free’ policy. Central location to supermarket etc

We were really impressed with our stay at The Vault. The price was very reasonable, especially compared with a lot of other hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great spot in the town.
