Generally a good place to stay, and it has a cosy atmosphere. It has everything you need, as a hotel; and it has some nice communal relaxing areas as well. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is also really good, and they can even whip something up on order for breakfast (free of charge).

This is clearly a big success! Wonderful choices, delicious healthy smoothies, grains, and cheeses and very nicely presented! Bravo to the kitchen staff.

Location good, breakfast excellent choices. General maintenance and cleanliness was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely genuine feel and adds to the overall experience of being on the island of Svalbard.

Considering the global location. The breakfast was outstanding. Chef made me eggs Benedict both mornings.
