What a lovely stay in an absolutely beautiful location. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Sam who made us feel very welcome, he is a true asset to the team. The food here was amazing. Great value for money, portion sizes are very generous and the home-made chips were the best we’ve ever had. The pub was busy for the majority of our stay, plenty of walkers passing through and even locals who were all very friendly. Plenty of parking at the back of the pub. The room we stayed in was called Manifold. It is an upstairs room. It was a cosy room with plenty of storage.The bed was very comfortable, extra pillows in the cupboard on offer if needed. We had a fabulous time here and we are already talking about coming back 🤩
