It was comfortable and clean. Instructions for access were really clear and the room had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay.

No breakfast but I knew that everything and more is in the house that u need get service before u get hear with codes etcetera nice very clean house with no nasty smells drive way to park on and great amenities so much better value for money so much better than the Premier Inn I stayed in the night before and alot cheaper
