The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1st July 2021, all prices quoted are subject to 6% Sales & Services Tax (SST) excluding hotel accommodation in accordance with Malaysian Government legislation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The breakfast selection was great. Perhaps increase more variety on the asian food selection as it repeats the same things over and over for my 5-day stay at the resort. Better asian and savoury variety.

1) The room was clean and comfortable. Sleeping on the king-sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 2) The staff at reception and in the restaurant were superb. They did absolutely everything in their power to make my stay enjoyable. 3) The food was very good, especially the local dishes. I had the Sarawak laksa twice in four days, because it was so tasty. 4) The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and the national park was ultra convenient. 5) The foot massage at the Mandara Spa was very relaxing. I would recommend it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Transport to/fro hotel to National Park was very convenient. Did not find time to use hotel facilities as spent whole day at National Park.

An absolute gem set in such a unique location near the national park. The hotel arranged our airport transfers and staff were very attentive. Food was good and bar, restaurant, swimming pool facilities amazing. They helped us to arrange local trips.
